Effectively researching and selecting the market and delivering great customer service are the keys to winning new business overseas. Attending this interactive workshop delivered by UK Trade and Investment expert Simon Bedford will provide you with an insight into how you can effectively explore new markets and win new customers.

This half day interactive workshop uses individual and group exercises to help you to learn the importance and practical issues of market selection and the delivery of great customer service. The content is aimed at staff involved in business development at all levels, from sales staff to directors.
